If the home has no current or past activity of termites and there are no
conducive conditions the warranty will come with:
NO DEDUCTIBLE!

Details :
The warranty will become effective the day of the inspection and will continue for 90 days.
There is no charge for the termite treatment warranty. If the home is found to have past
termite activity or there are conducive conditions (siding-to-ground contact, stacks of
wood, etc.) , then a $300 deductible will apply. If termite activity should occur during the
warranty period, Sunflower will have a licensed pest operator of their choice determine
and provide appropriate treatment.

This warranty does not apply if termite activity is found during the inspection.
This warranty does not apply to any termite damage and/or repairs.
