Client must be personally present during the entire inspection.  A signed and witnessed  Release from Liability form
must be received to initiate the above process and all reports and materials returned to Sunflower Home Inspections,
Inc. This offer stands for a period of 5 days after our initial inspection only. Guarantee only covers new inspection up
to the cost of original base inspection fee.
