Limitations and qualifications to the 100% PLUS -  Money Back Guarantee:

  • Client must be personally present during the entire inspection.

  • The Sunflower Inspection fee will be refunded by check to the person who originated the fee
    payment.   (This is the 100% return part)

  • The re-inspection must be completed by an inspector that is a Certified Member in good standing with  
    ASHI or NACHI.

  • A check to pay for a portion of the re-inspection will be paid directly to the re-inspection company in
    their name for their inspection fee in the amount of $100.  (This is the PLUS part)  

  • A signed and witnessed Sunflower Home Inspection, Inc. Release from Liability form must be received
    to initiate the above process and all Reports and materials returned to Sunflower Home Inspections,
    Inc.
